Road tripping and camping in the Canadian Rockies is a must do for any traveler who favors the outdoors. In the summer of 2013, my husband, pup, and I took an epic two week road trip through Jasper, Banff, Yoho, Glacier, and Mt. Revelstoke National Parks in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. We hiked our hearts out and ate delicious gluten free food made over the campfire and on the tailgate of our truck.
