I haven't spent much time exploring Bothell, but I have eaten at a very gluten free friendly spot there! I had a unexpectedly great experience at Bonefish Grill. I was pleasantly surprised with a reasonably sized gluten free menu and the wait staff's understanding and willingness to accommodate me.
