See You Again Soon!
Well, the time has come. My biggest trip of the year is just around the corner and that means it's time for a blogging vacation.
I debated about posting while I was away, thought about soliciting for guest posts, but the bottom line is that I'd miss the interaction way too much. So since we're going to be traveling in some rather rural areas that means the blog will go quiet for the next month or so.
Whenever I find some WiFi, I will post some quick updates on my Facebook page. So make sure you head over there and give Gluten Free Travelette a like to get the updates!
In the mean time, take a moment to check out some of the many resource pages I've been putting together and updating;
Recipes: All gluten free and ranging from Coconut Shrimp & Apricot Sauce to Meyer Lemon Bars with Gingersnap Crust.
Eat Out: Gluten free friendly eateries in 15 states and 3 countries.
Read: My favorite blogs and websites.
Stay: Great lodging options in 8 states and 3 countries.
Do: Exciting things to do ranging from hikes to scenic drives.
Basics: My basic tricks and tips for cooking and traveling.
