On our second night in Portugal, we ventured down to Praia da Adraga to watch the sunset - our very first over the Atlantic Ocean. These few hours we spent beach combing and shooting photos were the first indication that golden hour has an entirely new degree in Portugal. If I woke up early enough, I could walk down to a nearly empty beach with firm sand and a light sea mist in the air - perfect running conditions for me. Before I moved away I made sure to capture a few images to preserve the memory.
Last weekend we took a long overdue trip to the coast. We ended up in Westport, about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Seattle and it was a perfect place to soak up some beach time and take in the views of the pacific. Oh, and our pup loved it too.
