Creative Log: A New Website for A New Journey
This website has been years in the making.
I grew up creating art and dreaming of traveling to far off places but it's taken me over a decade into adulthood to realize just how important it is to craft my life around those actions. The way I've come to see it, I fell into the trap of societal norms of success - go to college and grad school, get a job, and build a successful career. As the story goes, something was missing - and it wasn't just a creative outlet.
Over the years, I tried my hand at recipe development, blogging, and trying my best to fulfill my creative needs with handmade gifts and cards.
Turns out, it wasn't enough for me.
I needed more.
I needed to find a way to bring together all of the driving forces of my life into one new redesigned journey.
While much of this new journey is still the works, I'm playing for the long game and this new website is just the beginning. If you've followed my journey thus far, you'll see that this is not the blog I used to keep. That blog has been archived, the posts and content are still available - but it will no longer be updated. Instead, I'll be chronicling my journey here on the log. There won't be a regular posting schedule, but I will keep sharing both my creative journey and adventures near and far.
Also in the works for this website is a shop. As it stands now, you can expect to see a handful of small batch goods added as inspiration and available time intersect in my life.
So again, I welcome you to my new website and hope you stick with me in this new journey to wander, create, and repeat.
Cheers!
