Gluten Free In and Around the West Coast, New Zealand

After Nelson, we took a series of three days of drives from Motueka to Hokitika, Hokitika to Haast, and Haast to Te Anau via Queenstown. We saw the Pancake Rocks, Fox Glacier, and some beautiful mountains along the way.

While the West Coast was incredibly beautiful and I would love to go spend more time along it, there were no gluten free friendly spots for me to highlight.  It was another couple of days spent with cooking pasta and veggies in our little cabin and sliced ham on rice cakes.
