Gluten Free In Atlanta, Georgia
My final destination for this trip was actually Anniston, Alabama, however after a previous visit to the area I was familiar with my options for dining out. Iceberg salads, a steak, and baked potatoes containing soy (for some odd reason) would be my primary options at places like Long Horn Steak House, Applebee's, and Ruby Tuesday's.
Since I wasn't interested in any of those options and happened to be flying into Atlanta, I chose to stock up at Whole Foods. The Ponce de Leon store was moderately sized with a decent selection, however the prices seemed to be at least $1 higher than what I pay at my local Seattle store. In addition to a load of produce; granny smith apples, arugula, oranges, meyer lemons, bananas, mini carrots, and grape tomatoes, I picked up a number of gluten free and soy free products shown in the picture above.
