Gluten Free In Seattle, Washington: Paella in Capitol Hill
Another stop on my Seattle Summer Gluten Free Challenge to myself was Tidbit Bistro in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. We were lucky enough to snag a Groupon to Tidbit and therefore decided to splurge on the Paella for our dinner! This was our first time enjoying this dish and it was quite tasty, although next time I think we'll opt for the vegetarian version because as it turns out we're not really big fans of this much shellfish, however the chorizo was delicious.
Tidbit itself was a great casual spot to stop for a tasty dinner. The menu was clearly labeled with gluten free and vegetarian options and the waitstaff also seemed to know what they were talking about and happily got the answers to all my many questions. In fact, this is one of the few restaurants that consciously did not serve us bread, knowing that we had ordered a gluten free dish.
