Gluten Free In Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada

Lake Louise was one of my favorite spots in Banff and completely unexpectedly so. I had grand dreams about loving Lake Moraine, but Louise was my favorite. We did the Plain of Six Glaciers hike which is about 3.4 miles of moderate uphill to a mountain teahouse.

Now, I'm a huge tea fan but we completely forgot to bring any cash with us, so we figured oh well, no tea for us. When we made it to the teahouse though, we saw that there menu also included a couple of gluten free options!  Some chips, hummus, and a gluten free quinoa salad. Even though we didn't get a chance to try anything, I would love to go back and have lunch here some day.
